• Please let me know of any new symptoms, pain or injuries before your treatment

• If you are booking in advance, please note the wavier and questionnaire forms can be updated by you, if any change occurs!

What to Expect

What To Expect From Me: 

• Masks optional

• Freshly laundered linens and a blanket will be ready for you and proper hand washing protocols will be followed. 

• All surfaces will be wiped and disinfected between treatments. 

  What I Expect From You:

• I please ask that if you are feeling any symptoms to either reschedule or wear a mask

• Due to the impossibility of eradicating all cross contamination, all we ask of you is to be honest in the questionnaire, follow good hygiene protocols and just come as you are!

• Thank you for trusting me with your well being, I hope to make each treatment as relaxing as possible

Payment and policy

• Cash or E-transfer is preferred- e transfer to amy@rootedyxe.com or through the booking website (but will also accept checks) *You will be offered the option to ‘Pay Later’ when booking.

• A receipt will be provided through email, that you can submit to your insurance provider, if applicable. 

• Please give 24 hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We respect that things come up, please respect our time as well. I ask that half of the treatment price is covered if 24 hr notice is not given.
